Love our new smokeless Wizard fire pit. After years smoking people out, this is a massive gain! Easy to use, good heat and simple to pack away. Just love it.

I have been wanting a Wizard for a very long time now, I have just changed up my living situation so it was time to get myself a treat!!
The service has been great, I lit the Wizard up Sunday night for the first time and I just sat back and took it all in!! Simple blokes need simple things in life and sitting around fire is one of those things!!
I didn't have the best wood and yet the Wizard still ticked all boxes, I am hanging out for Summer so I can get some smoking pallets and start cooking with the grill.

We bought the Small Wizard Fire Pit for our daughter's mid-Winter 18th birthday party. It was a huge hit! It kept our back deck warm and everyone had fun roasting marshmallows. There was no smoke once it got going and every log we added was reduced to a small pile of ash. Several of our guests are now talking about buying their own Wizard fire pit.
The heat proof mat is perfect for protecting our deck when using the fire pit.

Great fire pit , loads of heat and best of all is no smoke or ash blowing around.
Cleaning the fire pit after is so quick and easy with the lift out ash pan and that’s the part I usually dread.
Really impressed, gives out loads of heat for the two of us and so good not to smell of smoke the next morning.
Fired up the little mini Wizard last & the Nephews had a Bonza time roasting marshmallows. So impressed I’m going to order a big Wizard.

Poker is good for moving the wood around. Haven’t treated the grill but looks sturdy.
All the ordered goods turned up very quickly and in good condition.
Looks good, but it arrived late June and it’s been 35 degrees+ ever since, so probably not the best time to review a fire pit!
Its fabulous. Light weight and so transportable. Love the mat which means I can keep it on the deck and then I pop the lid on when I am dinished
These are the perfect size for being on the road, when you want to have a small but safe fire. Keep a little bag of wood in the van so you can light when you want. Looking forward to trying the new little stack so you can put a fry pan on top
Generally smokeless once up to temp; but not sootless. Oddly more soot on the walls that with an open fire pit. Gives off good heat, but burns fuel quickly. It’s silver; but colour tarnishing quickly. To be expected, but wonder if the change would be less noticeable with a a different base colour. The ash tray allows embers to fall to the lower tray, so still learning how to get the right sustained ember/flame mix on the top tray for a bbq. The bbq tray doesn’t have a lip and food falls-off easily, partially because the heat is epic and one’s hands want to be away from the grill, so fumble the food utensils. Get some extra heat gloves to help. The food fat also falls across the frame (discolouring); understandable, but neither like most bbqs nor cooking on open pits. The heat deflector does deflect, but the heat rises rapidly from the edge, so while the heat is deflected, it’s only temporary - better than not, but not as good as hoped. Don’t get me wrong; we’ve had several super family evenings together, good casual kebabs and burgers, good laughs and conviviality. Still learning how to make it optimal. And very happy continuing to learn, inc when we take away for hols soon.
Hi Alex, thank you for sharing your detailed experience and your feedback is appreciated. For the soot, please avoid using pine fire wood. It always tends to burn with a lot of soot because of the resin inside of it.
